A wonderful apartment located in one of Guadarrama’s most established private residential areas.

The second bedroom features a divan with two 90-centimeter beds joined together, which, when opened, form a double bed.
The apartment is on the second floor (equivalent to the first floor since the first floor is considered the first floor) and does not have an elevator. It is very bright and offers beautiful views of the mountains and the town’s tower.
It is just a few minutes’ walk from downtown, where you’ll find all kinds of amenities: schools, health centers, shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Right across the street is the famous Salas restaurant.
There’s a bus stop right on the street in the neighborhood.
There are plenty of parking spots all around the neighborhood, and since vehicles aren’t allowed inside the complex, you won’t hear any traffic noise.
