To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
A 300 Security Deposit (Pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit is offered.
All guests are required to complete our secure online guest agreement prior to your arrival. As part of this process, guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's licence) and complete credit card pre-authorization.
Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. This property provides a lockbox entry.
