It was a great apartment everything you need was there,in all very good
The stairs were awful would have been good if in the add it was mentioned that no lift was available in the building and it being disabled friendly

The location is OUTSTANDING! You dont need to turn your car on if doing local activities.
The parking space allocated is an awkward position, there is no lift.

Good location. Nice view. Well equipped kitchen.
The property very obviously hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival- dirty towels everywhere, beds unmade, faeces in the toilet. Beds were remade with the used doonas, if I had have known this I would have packed doonas for us all, especially considering the current climate. There is no air conditioner. The screen door to the balcony does not lock- dangerous with the low railing for children. The bbq was unusable due to rust. The dishwasher did not work. The clothes drier turns on but doesn’t work properly- it took hours and hours to dry anything. We paid over 3 thousand dollars to stay here and it really wasn’t worth it, I’m not normally one to write a bad review but I don’t want others to have a similar experience for the price. I had issues with getting any sort of response from the real estate.
