View, and access to beach.Spacious and good size rooms.
There was no rice cooker.The dryer was very slow...could only do about 2 or 3 clothes at one time. Run out of hot water a couple of times.

Amazing view. Great location. Walking distant to shops and restaurants. Good sized apartment. Quiet location. Good sized balcony. Nelson Bay Beach (opposite) great for swimming and sunbathing, calm, clear waters, beautiful white sand.
Fridge was very noisy (most of the time) and some of the plastic door shelves broken/missing. Laundry had a rusty sink cabinet, dripping tap and a musty smell. Light over kitchen sink not working. Could not fully open windows in bedrooms (30oC and no air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fan only) very stuffy. I thought it odd to be required to bring my own sheets, towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent etc. I was given the option to hire linen but thought this was a bit rude when paying over $230 per night. Wi-fi not included. Reception from real estate agent when picking up keys not very welcoming.

The location was amazing and the private access down to the beach was definitely a bonus. The view was incredible and the beds were comfortable.
The sliding door didn't lock properly and the windows in the bedroom were very dirty.
