Inside, you enter directly into a beautiful convivial living space combining the lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge, furnished with two sofas and two armchairs, is ideal for gathering after a day at the beach. The dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The open kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals.



On the sleeping side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms spread over two levels:

- Bedroom 1 (annex outside the house): a Queen Size bed (160x200), its private bathroom with shower and WC

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs): a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs): a Queen Size bed (160x200)

- Bedroom 4 (upstairs): a Queen Size bed (160x200), its private bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a small office



An independent bathroom with shower as well as a separate WC are available upstairs.



Two private parking spaces are at your disposal directly on the property grounds, secured by a gate.



To make your stay more comfortable, the house is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
