About this house rental
Rent a comfortable house, ideal for families
House about 140m ² located at Clère (near the Bois de la Chaise) 150m from the beach, at the end of a dead end. Near the shops of Vieil (5 minutes by car) and shops in the center of Noirmoutier (10 minutes by bike). The house is close to a gratibus stop with the city center and the ports of Noirmoutier and Herbaudière (period July / August)
House very bright, decoration of style, beautiful south expo terrace without opposite and a large garden - equipment of garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol. The house is in a very quiet private alley with little passage (only riverside)

- Large living room of + 40m2 with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with large freezer compartment. espresso machine, toaster.
- Bathroom (double sink) with walk-in shower and WC

- Bedroom 2 beds 90cm (2 beds) and dressing
- Bedroom 90cm bunk beds (sleeps 2) and dressing room

My family and I spent a wonderful week here in July 2019. The house is stylishly decorated and was just perfect for us as a family of 4. Very well located with easy access to the cycle paths and a beautiful beach nearby. My children were delighted to find a cupboard with games and a few toys and I was pleased to find a clean and well equipped kitchen!
Communication from the owner was brilliant and the check in/check out process was equally easy. We were also very kindly given by the owner some great recommendations for markets, bike hire, beaches, restaurants and things to do.
All in all we absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to book this fabulous house again!

We have just had the best time staying here. The house size and facilities were perfect for our family. The location is fantastic, so close to a great beach. We felt relaxed and “at home” straight away.
The organisation was without problems and everything was as expected.
We have already been talking about coming back next year.

We have had a very nice stay at the end of the season (no children left; only elderly persons). The island is easy to explore if you rent a bike so you can get to all the small beaches. It was our first experience to spend our vacation at beaches with tides and to see which is the most favourable one. As the water was already quite cold we couldn't use the Clère beach which is the nearest to the house. There was also too much sea weed, which we are not used to. But that didn't bother very much. The house was so nice and generous we enjoyed our week very much. There is enough space for a big family, enough kitchen utensils. Very convienient the washing machine and the dryer. The only drop of bitterness is camp-site next to the garden, which is invisible but sometimes noisy (cars going back and forth, loud people).
