About this house rental
We offer for rent our brand new house (delivered in 2025) in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, ideally located in a quiet area, at the end of a cul-de-sac between La Clere and Le Vieil. The village of Le Vieil can be reached on foot in a few minutes and the centre of Noirmoutier can be reached by bike.

The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 shower rooms, and 5 toilets (2 of which are independent).
The accommodation
The house has two entrances.
- One, accessible by car, is located at the end of a cul-de-sac.
- The other is a private road leading to Rue Pierre l'Ermite, in front of the path leading to the beach, about 100 meters away.

On the first floor of the house there is a large main room of 80 m² including an open kitchen with a large island, a dining room and a living room with a very beautiful exposed wooden framework and an insert for the fireplace.
Two beautiful oak doors give access from the living room to:
- Bedroom 1: Master suite of 22 m² with fitted wardrobes and two large French windows opening onto the terrace for one, and the garden for the other.
A large en-suite bathroom includes a bathtub, a walk-in shower, two washbasins and a toilet.

- Bedroom 2: Suite composed of a bedroom with cupboards and a bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower and a toilet.
2 beds of 80x200.
In front of the kitchen, large windows and a sliding door open onto a 20 m² courtyard equipped with a large oak table, a fireplace/barbecue, a three-burner plancha and a sink.

It overlooks a garden allowing you to walk around the house on one side (the other side is adjoining the neighbour's garden).
Two showers with hot water are available on both sides of the house for the return from the beach.
Other remarks
Bed linen is not included. A linen service is available. Simply order it from the concierge when they contact you.

12 € the terry kit for one person including a bath towel (1.3m*0.7m), a towel (0.8m*0.5m) and a bath mat per shower.
8 € for 3 kitchen towels. Linen will then be paid for on arrival.
Cleaning is not included, it is an optional possibility, at the tenant's choice. If necessary, you can also order this optional cleaning service directly from the concierge service. The flat rate is then €380, to be paid on arrival in the house.
When the cleaning is carried out by the tenants, a security deposit check for an equivalent amount (€380) is requested on arrival and returned on departure, if the house is deemed clean, as found at the entrance to the premises.
Pets are prohibited. For dogs, it will be depending on the breed and on request.
