About this house rental
We rent our house, a former farm renovated, located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile in the agricultural plain.
Main house: 9 beds distributed as follows: a master bedroom with a shower room / WC and 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds that can double bed, another with 3 beds including 2 bunk, bathroom, kitchen / dining room, lounge, WC, large terrace south, laundry. The kitchen is equipped with a table with two extensions, a fridge-freezer, an induction hob and a programmable oven.
Wing: second living room / game room with board games and comics, 1 large dormitory sleeping 4 bunk beds, 1 shower room / WC and a large garage which houses the ping-pong table. The wing is glued to the house but does not communicate. Possibility of opening in addition a room of 2 beds and a dormitory of 4 beds-not redone- as well as a bathroom / WC. Price in function.
LV, LL, tumble dryer, Weber bbq, Nespresso, toaster and hair dryer, living room and garden tables, deckchairs and hammock, 2 beds umbrella, high chair, ping-pong.
Very large plot with a large yard and a meadow on one side of the house and, on the other side, a south facing terrace and another meadow. Very calm, in the middle of the fields of the famous potatoes.
Close to the bike path, 12 'by bike from the beaches of Luzéronde, Blanche and Vieil, 15' for Bois de la Chaise and tennis, 7 'for the market. We are almost equidistant from the beaches and that's what we like: change the beach depending on the sun or wind or just our desires. There is also the proximity of the marshes which offer superb walking or cycling, with its birds and its changing landscapes. The countryside by the sea ...
All beds are equipped with a mattress pad, duvets and pillows. It is possible to rent linen on the island, just like bicycles. We also leave a home background, in which you can pick and replace for those who will arrive after you. We assume that we leave what we would like to find in a rental so that everyone feels welcomed and want to come back: books, guides and maps of the island, good addresses, card games, markers and drawing sheets for children, etc.
Families only, no youth groups. No pets allowed. Non-smoking house. Compulsory cleaning fee (100 €) to add to the rental price. Deposit of 2.000 € to be handed over to the delivery of the keys. 50% deposit on booking. In high season, arrivals are from 17h on Saturdays.

Nous avons séjourné pour un week end cousins dans cette grande maison. Tout y était : un grand terrain, des grands espaces, de très bons couchages, très bien situé, de grandes pièces, des jeux pour les enfants, bref le top nous recommandons. Sophie, qui nous a accueilli est très chaleureuse, à l'écoute, et discute bien avec les locataires. Nous gardons cette adresse car c'est une maison parfaite pour un week end en famille !

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entre amis dans cette jolie maison très bien placée sur Noirmoutier et qui a en plus l'avantage d'être isolé sans vis-à-vis. La maison est conforme aux photos et bien entretenue.
Nous avions emmené les vélos et n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture du week-end. Plage, marché, bar, restaurant, tout est à moins de 10min en vélo.
Mention spéciale pour Sophie qui nous a très bien accueillis et a été très arrangeante pour notre départ. Je recommande fortement.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré le temps...Nous avons eu un problème sur le ballon d'eau chaude...en panne donc pas d'eau chaude...
