About this house rental
Our detached holiday home with a surface area of 170m² is located on the Route de l'Herbaudière (4 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the beaches by bike).
Our guests appreciate the family atmosphere, the garden, the different living areas and the veranda (50m²) very bright and sheltered from the rain and wind.
The house is ideal for 10 people but can accommodate up to 12. Bike and linen rental nearby (3/4 min. walk).
The accommodation
RECENTLY RENOVATED HOUSE - IDEAL FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY
This house, largely recently renovated, combines comfort, functionality and conviviality.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
A large bright veranda of 50 m², ideal for enjoying the garden in all seasons.
- A fully equipped kitchen, very practical for everyday use.
- An adjoining family dining room
- A large warm living room with fireplace/insert.
- A small living room, isolating by sliding doors, including a mezzanine bed (140x190) and a BZ sofa (140x190).
- Two bedrooms with double beds (Bedroom 1: 160x190 / Bedroom 2: 140x190).
- A bathroom with shower and sink.
A separate toilet.
UPSTAIRS:
- Two bedrooms, each equipped with two bunk beds (90x190) and a sink.
- A separate shower.

NOTE:
Accessible by an external staircase, the bedrooms upstairs are well separated from those on the first floor, making it a perfect space for teenagers looking for a little independence. However, this level is less suitable for toddlers.
OUTDOORS AND EQUIPMENT:
The house, regularly occupied by its owners, is very well equipped. The enclosed garden, facing south-west, is a real space for relaxation. Children can play there in complete safety thanks to the many facilities available: ping-pong table, table football, badminton, board games, puzzles, books... Meanwhile, parents can relax on the deckchairs.PGJyPg�PGJyPgThe terrace adjoining the kitchen allows you to have meals outside; a barbecue is available to enhance your summer evenings.
The many indoor and outdoor spaces offer everyone the opportunity to isolate themselves or share moments in a group, for a balanced and successful holiday. The large veranda allows you to enjoy the garden while remaining sheltered from the wind or rain.
