A really cosy half-timbered house with a large hot tub on the terrace in the heart of Nysted, situated about 200 metres from Nysted Harbour, where you’ll find small fishing boats, pleasure craft, an ice cream parlour, restaurants and – in high season – mini-golf, all whilst offering views of the water, the forest and Ålholm Castle, Nysted town and harbour, all brimming with charming character. A child-friendly sandy beach with a bathing jetty is situated at Skansen, about 1.5 km away. On Lolland, you can also visit the charming fishing and marina at Langø or Dodekalitten, as well as Knuthenborg Safari Park or the Medieval Centre and Fulgsang Art Museum – so you certainly won’t get bored on Lolland. The holiday home is bright and modern in style; the large kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, separate oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. In the adjoining room is the utility room, which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer. The living room features a smart TV and internet access, as well as a wood-burning stove that provides wonderful warmth on cold days; from both the ground floor and the first floor, there are views of Nysted harbour. The holiday home has five bedrooms, three of which are on the first floor, plus one room in the annexe. The house has two bathrooms, each with a washbasin, toilet and shower. The holiday home is heated by underfloor heating. This gem in the heart of Nysted sits on a 918 m² plot, with plenty of space for play and games. You certainly won’t get bored here. In the garden, there is a large hot tub, as well as a hammock and a football goal. The large terrace is furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue, perfect for whipping up dinner al fresco. The streets are narrow in the charming town centre, so parking is also available by the harbour. Not available for hire to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
