We were there for shopping and the Christmas market, this place was perfect for our needs.

The room was everything we expected, we locked ourselves out by mistake, after a phone call the owner was there in minutes to help us out of a very embarrassing situation, thank you to the owner.

The shower door needs fixing but was not a problem for us.

Alles sauber.. Gut ausgestattet.. Die Lage der Wohnung... Die Gemütlichkeit... Kurze Wege zu Einkaufen für den täglichen Bedarf..

Die Kopfkissen sind zu weich.. Auf dem Schlafsofa kann man nicht allzulange sitzen... Der Fernseher ist ein bisschen zu hoch aufgehängt..

Super schoon, zorgeloos genieten en alles aanwezig

Het verblijft is super schoon, dit maken wij niet snel mee. Alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Ruim voldoende zeep, handdoeken en toiletpapier, echt zorgeloos genieten! De bedden waren keurig opgemaakt en de kachel lekker warm aan bij aankomst. 👌 Echt zo fijn na een lange reis. Absoluut een aanrader.

Werkelijk niets. Een handdoek en theedoek kon ik niet zo vinden. Wij kwamen nogal laat aan en waren te moe om te zoeken.

Schlichtes und komfortables Appartement

Das Appartement war einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Schönes Duschbad. Die Lage ist ideal. Lebensmittel Laden 2 Häuser weiter. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind.

Leider konnte man nur löslichen Kaffee zubereiten. Es gab zwar Papier-Filtertüten, aber weder Kaffee-Filter noch Kaffee-Maschine.

Wir hatten ein super Treffen auf der Insel, konnten den Aufenthalt genießen

Erdgeschoss, bequem zu begehen! Fußbodenheizung! Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Zentrale Lage! Großes Bad! Wir hatten die größte Wohnung mit 2 Paaren! Incl. Handtücher und Bettbezüge.

Der Lärm der Straße ist bei geschlossenem Fenster zu hören. Matratzen für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen eher zu weich.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, aber mit kleinen Defiziten. Für Kurzurlaub ok.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. In einer Minuten waren zu Fuß wir in der Stadt. Der Bäcker ist zu Fuß keine Minute entfernt. Das war super. Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sauber. Betten ok (für mich zu weich, aber das ist subjektiv). Genug Stauraum und Bügel im Schrank für Kleidung.

Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig - sowohl zu den anderen Wohnungen als auch zum Flur (und zum Parkplatz des angrenzenden Hotels). Wir hatten das Problem sowohl unten, als auch nebenan laute Nachbarn zu haben, das war dann nicht sonderlich angenehm. Die Küchengeräte (Spülmaschine und Herd) wirklich winzig. Der Toaster sollte unbedingt mal erneuert werden, der ist wirklich unappetitlich.

Unkompliziert - sowohl der kontaktlose CheckIn, der freundliche Servicekontakt und die Busnutzung.

3D-Vorschau des Zimmers auf der Unterkunftswebseite. Genug Platz um den Tisch in die Zimmermitte stellen zu können. Kostenlose WLAN-Abschirmung war mehr als ausreichend. Tv-Wandhalterung ist schwenkbar. Kompakte Küchenzeile (2 Herdplatten, Mikrowelle - kein Backofen), ist ausreichend mit brauchbaren Tellern, Besteck, Töpfen/Pfannen, etc bestückt. Der Minikühlschrank, samt Gefrierfach und die Spülmaschine bieten eine funktionale Alternative zum auswärtigen Essen, bei Bedarf. Das Design entsprach der maritimen Namensgebung des Appartements. Infobroschüren zur Insel und möglichen Ausflugszielen und Notfalladressen/-nummern übersichtlich bereitgestellt. Die im Preis enthaltene Kurtaxe ermöglicht die kostenlose Nutzung des Buslinienverkehrs auf Fehmarn, seit dem 1. August 2025, sodass man nicht auf das eigene Auto/Parkplätze angewiesen ist.

Herdplatten recht nah an der Wand. Seifenspender in der Dusche, statt neben dem Waschbecken. - Beides nicht schlimm, aber etwas ungewohnter/umständlicher in der Verwendung.

Es gibt absolut nichts.

Die Wohnung „Flora“ war bei unserer Ankunft sehr heruntergekommen und fiel an allen Ecken und Enden auseinander. Das ging bereits los beim sehr steilen Treppenaufgang, beim Berühren des Treppengeländers ist dieses aus der Wand gefallen (Lebensgefahr für Kinder!!). Beim Betreten der Wohnung musste man über eine kaputte abstehende Leiste steigen. Die metallischen Abdeckungen an den Heizungen waren lose und fielen ab, wenn man diese nur berührte. Überall am Boden standen Sockelleisten ab. Löcher im Boden wurde mit einem Teppich „bedeckt“. Das Badezimmer hat extrem nach Kanal gerochen und beim Duschen ist das Wasser nur schlecht und langsam abgelaufen. Geschirr teilweise schmutzig. Eines der Fenster konnte man nicht mal öffnen, da es geklemmt hat. Im Gegenzug lies sich unserer Wohnungstür nicht absperren(!!). Betten und Sofas sehr durchgelegen. Bettdecken und Bettwäsche zerschlissen. Man könnte leider noch länger aufzählen. Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht. Das Appartement war nur für 4 ausgestattet (4 Stühle, 4x Handtuch-Set. 4 Betten). Vermutlich sollte jemand auf dem durchgelegenen Sofa schlafen? Natürlich haben wir direkt nach Ankunft mit dem Vermieter Kontakt aufgenommen. Wir wollten abreisen und aufgrund der erheblichen Mängel unser Geld zurück. Leider wurden alle aufgezählten Punkte heruntergespielt und für jeden Mangel gab es eine Ausrede. Offenbar hat er alles nicht zum ersten Mal gehört. Da wir über booking gebucht und natürlich bereits bezahlt hatten, bestand wenig Interesse mit uns zu sprechen. Einzig 100€ Rabatt wurden uns zwar angeboten, aber nicht eingelöst. Tatsächlich hat der Vermieter einige Mängel ohne unser Beisein „behoben“ (festgeklebt mit weißem Klebeband, abstehende Teile abgerissen, so dass diese nicht mehr abstehen?). Die gesamte Wohnung ist wirklich in einem miserablen Zustand und hier wurde seit Jahren nichts modernisiert. Fotos des Anbieters haben nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Wir haben ein paar eigene eingefügt…

Ferienwohnung "Feld" in der Hauptsaison

Alles sehr sauber, bequem und es hat nichts gefehlt :) Wir haben viele Fahrradtouren auf der Insel gemacht, ein Fahrradverleih war ganz in der Nähe. Auch der Bäcker war direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, sowie einem Edeka gleich nebenan, also alles wichtige Fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Wohnung "Feld" liegt im Ergeschoss, dementsprechend mussten die Plissees eigentlich die gesamte Zeit das Fenster verdecken, wenn man nicht von den vorbeilaufenden Menschen beobachtet werden will. Die Ferienwohnung ist in der Innenstadt in einer viel befahrenen Einbahnstraße, dementsprechend gibt es am Tag und in der Nacht viel Verkehr, was gerade bei offenem Fenster sehr laut ist. Um die Wohnung mit dem Auto zu erreichen muss man aufgrund der Einbahnstraße erst einmal durch die Hauptader der Innenstadt. Das Haus ansich ist hübsch renoviert, grundsätzlich aber schon alt und daher extrem Hellhörig, gerade wenn die Nachbarn über einem das Treppenhaus nutzen, bekommt man erstmal einen Schrecken, da es sich so anhört als stehe jemand in der eigenen Ferienwohnung. Preis Leistung ist für die Insel in der Hauptsaison anderen Ferienwohnungen entsprechend, insgesamt aber natürlich viel zu teuer. Trotz allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung.

Die Lage ist super. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist modern, solide und ohne unnötigen Dekokram. Die Matratzen sind sehr fest und ideal für Rückenschläfer.

Tolles Apartment im Stadtkern von Burg! Es wird nicht unser letzter Besuch gewesen sein.

Die Unterkunft war räumlich großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das großzügige Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Unkompliziertes Checkin am Telefon. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, als es um eine interne Umbuchung ging, hat er sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Gerne wieder!

Ruhige, erholsamer Kurzurlaub auf Fehmarn.

Zentrale aber doch ruhige Lage in Burg auf Fehmarn. Die Fußgängerzone innerhalb von 5 min erreichbar. Großzügige Raumaufteilung, vollständig eingerichtet Küche (Küchenzeile). Das separate Schlafzimmer.

Der teilweise schlechte Zustand der Tür und Dusche.
