The apartment was nice and in a good location. We enjoyed our stay. The problem I have is with the cleaning fee and an extra charge for towels. The cleaning fee was 119 euros, which is excessive for a three-night visit. Then we were charged 27 euros for towels. It's the first time I've ever been charged for this. So the apartment was nice, but the extra costs (almost 50 euros per day) made it expensive.

Der Balkon war sehr schön und hatte ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, so konnte die ganze Familie den schönen Sonnenuntergang bewundern.

Der Hausflur war sehr schmutzig. Das Elternbett wäre für Rentner mit Rückenproblemen nicht geeignet da es sich nur knapp über den Boden befindet.

Ferienwohnung mit schöner Lage

☆ die Lage ☆ der Gaskamin (sehr positiv) ☆ Fußbodenheizung im Bad-, WC Bereich ☆ Übergabe der Wohnung / Schlüssel ☆ freundlicher Service / Kommunikation im Servicebüro

* Eingangsbereich im Treppenhaus (Gerümpelecke an der Treppe) * Treppenhaus stark verschmutzt * Wohnung: - Stäbchenparkettboden im gesamten Wohn- bereich zeigt sehr starke Verbrauchsspuren zum Teil kaputt, fehlende Elemente (Ver- letzung beim barfuß gehen) - keine Rauchwarnmelder ersichtlich - Kühlschrank defekt (erst bei der Schlüssel- rückgabe wurden wir darauf hingewiesen das der daneben stehende Kühlschrank zu nutzen wäre, wo für aber keine Steckdose vorhanden war) - Gardinen / Vorhänge schmutzig verschließen - Schlafzimmer mit einem Bett ausgestattet welches extrem niedrig ist Höhe ca. 30 cm, (zur Reservierung war dies nicht ersichtlich, da ein anderes Bett abgebildet war) zusätzlich ist das kleine Schlafzimmer mit einem nicht erwünschten Kinderbett zu- gestellt worden, der zu kleine Kleiderschrank, ausreichend für 1 Person hat uns enttäuscht - Bad / WC defekte Toilettenbrille, defekte bzw. Fehlfunktion des Abwassersystems (wird das Badewannenwasser abgelassen kommt in der Dusche eine übel riechende, bräunlich aussehende "Brühe" raus) ebenso gibt es im Waschbecken einen Rückstau und das Wasser läuft auch hier nicht richtig ab * da wir zum Jahreswechsel 2024 / 2025 das Sommerloft Schuppen V gemietet hatten, sind uns die undichten Türen und Fensterbereiche aufgefallen
