Traumhaft gelegen. In 2 min am Strand. Rerik selbst gestaltet sich abwechslungsreich. Austausch mit dem Vermieter sehr freundlich und kooperativ/ hilfsbereit.

Hatte ein Apartment.Selbstversorger.Wurde vom Vermieter empfangen.Er hat mir mit dem Gepäck geholfen und die Schlüssel übergeben.Sehr netter Service.Es wurde auch einiges erneuert(Mobiliar)Ich war letztes Jahr auch schon mal da.Zeiten für Mittagsruhe und.Nachtruhe wurden eingehalten.Für Kinder und Hunde ist dort auch gesorgt.Es gibt auch einen Hundestrand.Infos liegen in den Zimmern aus.Ich habe nichts zu bean

Wir hatten als Familie drei Wohnungen und konnten eine gute gemeinsame Zeit verbringen, hervorragend die Nähe zum Strand.
Es gab noch einige kleine Baustellen auf dem Grundstück,welche mit Vorsicht zu genießen waren.

Die Lage zum Meer sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bzw. öffentlicher Nahverkehr in der Nähe.
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis gegenüber den anderen Wohnungen passt nicht (zu teuer). Die Aufteilung der Wohnung sehr ungünstig. Das Bad mit ca. 2qm viel zu eng. Das Bad hat nur ein Miniwaschbecken. Die anderen Wohnungen hatten einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse nach Süden oder Westen ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung Seeräuber mit Blick auf den Parkplatz hat kaum Sonne.
