    1. Insufficient Shelter at the Swimming Pool The hotel provides insufficient shelter and shaded seating areas around the swimming pool. This is particularly inconvenient for parents accompanying their children as they are required to sit or stand under direct sunlight for extended periods while supervising their children. Given Malaysia’s tropical climate, the sun can become particularly intense from 9:00 a.m. onwards. The lack of adequate and safe shelter significantly affects the comfort of hotel guests especially families with young children. 2. Breakfast Quality and Food Replenishment The breakfast selection is quite basic, and the replenishment of food items is relatively slow. As a result, guests often have to wait for food to be replenished and may be left with limited choices depending on what is available at the time. This affects the overall breakfast experience, particularly during peak dining hours when many guests are having breakfast simultaneously.
