Borgo 14 - Residenza fiorentina

Pulizia, self check-in, camera

Nulla

I already can’t wait to go back, it truly felt like a home away from home. A brand-new gem right in the heart of Florence, perfectly located within easy reach of everything you want to see and explore. The room was beautiful, charming, spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were lovely, warm, and welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect from the start to the end of our staying , I particularly loved the interiors, the decors and attention to details in the suite ( brand new ) !!!!You have the charme of the historic building , literally 5 mins walking from Ponte Vecchio and 15 walking from the train station, so you will avoid any taxi / bus ect during your stay and literally walking everywhere…Very innovative check in system, with no keys …just unblock the doors through a link …which makes it incredibly practical, strong Wi Fi , delightful host constantly available if you need anything …I received a beautiful surprise at my arrival as a birthday gift : a nice bottle of Tuscan wine to celebrate ! Nespresso machine with coffee / teas and biscuits in the room and great assortment of toiletry, I was also impressed with the daily cleaning of the room ! I ll come back for sure !!!!All impeccable !Thank you for making my stay unforgettable

Nothing all perfect

The hosts were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The decor in this suite was very pretty. We felt very safe and secure in this historic building in an excellent location. It is within comfortable walking distance of the entire historic city center. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, and Ufizzi! ❤️❤️❤️
