Welcome to your Matunuck beach getaway! This 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 7 guests and offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and Potter Pond, a large outdoor deck, air conditioning, an outdoor shower, and a South Kingstown Town Beach pass for your stay.
One of the best parts of the home is the location — you can park the car and enjoy so much of Matunuck on foot. Walk to the beach, Ocean Mist, The Pub, Matunuck Pizza Pie Co., Del's Lemonade, nearby ice cream, and local spots for food, drinks and live music, then come back and relax on the deck overlooking the water.
Spend the day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and head out for dinner or music without having to get back in the car, or simply stay home and enjoy the ocean air and views.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across three bedrooms, and air conditioning keeps things comfortable after a warm day by the water.
A South Kingstown Town Beach pass is provided to make beach days even easier.
You'll also be close to Theatre By The Sea, Seaview Marketplace, surfing and fishing spots, and just a short drive from Narragansett, Point Judith and the Block Island Ferry, with Newport close enough for a great day trip.

We had an excellent stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of utensils and even a nice variety of spices. The view is absolutely spectacular, and the house is incredibly comfortable — from the cozy couch to the comfortable beds. For a pet-friendly home, it was exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay again!

Everything as great about our stay. The host was so accommodating. Even came to shovel because it snowed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
