Adorable 2 bedroom cottage in the Village at Potter Pond. Full access to Potter Pond for kayaking, clamming, fishing or paddle bordering. Less than a 1/2 mile walk to beautiful East Matunuck State Beach. With Capn Jack’s and the Salt Marsh Pub across the road and the Matunuck Oyster Bar next door, the best is at your disposal! The actual beach is about a mile down the road but access to the water at the canal is directly in front of the cottage. The host was great and directly in contact by text messages during the trip. The cottage is very clean and laundry is available in a separate building around the corner available to Snug Harbor villagers. We are hoping to come back again next year.

This was my first time renting through VRBO or similar app and this experience set the bar really high. The host was very friendly and communicative throughout the process. The cottage was immaculate when we arrived. It also had such amazing decor and theming, There was so much attention to detail. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and I even found laundry bags to use to take our laundry to the laundry room. It truly is a quick walk to East Matunuck beach, which is a beautiful family friendly beach. I enjoyed just walking around the community and along the docks. Cap'n Jack's is right across the street and is a great place to get authentic New England seafood. My family keeps asking me what my favorite part of the trip was, and I say it was staying in this beach house. I really hope to visit again!
