This cute summer house is newly redone. It has two bedrooms and one queen size pull out in the living room. There are two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. This property offers a large outside area for outdoor living including a covered porch.

We had a great week! The house was perfect! We were a 5 min. walk to a private beach! We loved watching the waves and surfers near Fisherman’s’ Memorial! There are plenty of restaurants nearby! Great communication from owners and very nice neighbors! We hope to visit again!

This is our second time renting this cottage but we've been renting in Breakwater for 20 years. Some of our favorite features of this rental is the 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, covered porch to enjoy breezy relaxing, quick & easy walk to the private beach, fridge with water/ice machine, lots of room and excellent A/C! Michele the owner is very responsive and accomodating. You won't be disappointed- we've never been.

Updated cottage offered plenty of room. Ductless AC units in rooms allowed individual temp settings. Loved having a washer/dryer and 1.5 baths! Front porch seating was extra comfy and became a fav spot to relax and enjoy breezy evenings. Owner was very reponsive. Self check-in/out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Owners very responsive. Proximity to beach as advertised . close to walk. Beach is clean and beautiful. Home is clean and beautiful. Would rent again.
