About this house rental
This house is located in quaint Breakwater Village 100' from the ocean. The house was finish being built July 2016.

This is an upside down house with the three bedrooms being located on the first floor and the kitchen and living room located on the second floor. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a full bed and the third has a twin over full bunk bed. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. There is a full bath on each floor and an outdoor shower.

Great property in a great location. Highly recommended for family trips to the coast. We enjoy it each time we stay and the kids love being able to just walk to the beach and stay up late playing games with the sound of waves in the background.

We had a great stay in this house so I would like to start with that. We love Breakwater Village and this is one of the few 3 bedroom homes. Very easy communicating with owner and I appreciate that. The kitchen was lovely and very well stocked. The view is one of the best in Breakwater, which is nice at the end of a beach day to enjoy from the rental house. The bedrooms are great although the queen bed does need to be replaced as it is a little like sleeping in a canoe. The spiral stairs off the patio are not really usable. Space is an issue in Breakwater so I get that. Mainly, I just really wish the patio furniture was comfortable to sit and relax on to enjoy the view. Overall though, wonderful stay.

This house was so beautiful and clean! An amazing location and the owner was very responsive which was super helpful! We loved our stay, and would absolutely stay again
