About this house rental
Buena Vista is a beach front property located next to The Pub in Matunuck. It is closely located to local businesses and provides direct beach access and ocean views.
The cottage has a spacious living area that is perfect for gatherings. It includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room overlooking the ocean. All bedrooms are located upstairs, three with a queen bed and one with a twin bed. In addition there is a pull out sofa in the living room. The main bathroom is upstairs and a half bathroom on the main level. The large deck on the side of the house offers additional space to gather and enjoy the sunshine and salty breezes off the water.
Please note that we ask our guests to provide their own linens - this includes sheets, quilts and towels.
If you require linens we are happy to provide them at an additional fee.
Parking is provided for up to two vehicles at a rate of $10/day per vehicle.

LINENS
Guests staying at the cottage are asked to provide their own linens, including:
Beach Towels
Bath Towels
Hand/Kitchen Towels
Bedding - sheets & blankets (the house has two full sized beds)
PAPER PRODUCTS & MORE
Guests are asked to provide their own paper & plastic products. While we are happy to provide a starter pack (1 or 2 of each item) we do not supply enough for the full stay.
Paper Towels/Napkins
Toilet Paper (septic safe please!)
Trash bags
Dish soap/sponge
PARKING
We supply off street parking spaces for an additional fee, here are the details :
$20 per car per day or $140 for a full week
Maximum number of two passes can be purchased for your stay.
Please note that any additional vehicles would be your responsibility. Street parking is available however can be limited, especially during the summer.
THE PUB & THE BEACH
Our neighbor The Pub has great food, wonderful drinks and a friendly staff. We have a great relationship with them and we need your help to keep it that way! Please keep in mind that while The Pub is our neighbor the staff cannot answer questions regarding the cottages, therefore please call Point Break Cottages directly regarding your check-in and your stay.
The beach in front of the cottages is not a private beach. There are other homes on the beach who utilize it besides our cottages.

Great location for beach access, convenient, and clean. Not ideal sharing The Pubs deck - a pleasing and a curse - great food, drinks and helpful staff, but loud for sleeping much before 1-1:30 AM.
