We had a lovely week in Matunuck at this nice beach home. Communication with the host was fantastic when we needed it. Everything about the place was great. I am a frequent visitor to Matunuck so it’s nice to know about this place when we can’t stay at our daughter. Thanks much Denise.

Great stay. The place felt bigger than it looked in the pictures!

The property description is incorrect. The exterior shrubs and trees need attention. It looks nothing like the picture on VRBO. The interior is aged, however clean except for the basement pool table area. The furniture there is old and dusty and the pool table is not usable. The balls do not return to be cued up. The master suite area on the second floor, where the king bed is located, has steps leading up to the bed. With the dark hardwood floor, it is very challenging at night if you need to use the facilities. In addition, there are also steps leading up to the bathroom. Bring a flashlight! The main egress entrance (side entrance) into the house has a step down onto a 2’ step. This should a minimum of 3’ in depth from the opening to meet code. The same width as the the 3’ door.In addition, for anyone that likes to relax and keep up to date on the news or real time TV be prepared to bring or sign up for APPs. The TVsare ROKU, not cable or satellite.
