Accommodating up to eight guests in three separate bedrooms (1st bedroom on the first floor: double bed (180x200), 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on the upper floor: each with one double bed (180x200) and one single bed (90x200)), we welcome you to our spacious thatched-roof house “Seeblick,” spanning 125 square meters. Built in 2010, the house combines traditional coziness with modern living comfort. What better way to start the morning than with a hot cup of tea or coffee, stepping directly from the light-filled living area onto your own terrace? Enjoy the peaceful setting on the fenced-in property and let your mind wander. A short walk through the idyllic village of Stubbenfelde takes you directly to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach in just a few minutes (about 500 meters). We also highly recommend a walk around nearby Kölpinsee or through the adjacent coastal forest. Back at the vacation home, a private oasis of well-being awaits you. How about some pure relaxation in the on-site sauna, a barbecue on the electric grill to round out the day, or a cozy evening in front of the crackling wood-burning stove while the kids explore the sandbox on the playground? Are you coming by car or perhaps, for a bit of exercise, by bike? Of course, we have space for both (including bike storage) on the property. There are 3 parking spaces. But that’s not all. We offer free Wi-Fi, a wood-burning stove, a private sauna, a smart TV, an accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor, a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a pod coffee machine, an air fryer, a toaster, a washing machine, a crib and high chair upon request, and much more.

A linen package can be added for a fee per person. If the booking is made on the same day as arrival, the linen package cannot be added due to the short notice and must be brought along.
