This modern, high-end, spacious thatched-roof house, “Seestrand,” features a separate, fully equipped kitchen and a fenced-in lot of approximately 700 square meters. It is situated in a quiet location and offers a surprising array of amenities. The fine sandy beach is just a 5- to 10-minute walk away. The Kölpinsee and the coastal forest are right near the vacation home, inviting you to relax and take walks. Hiking and biking trails, as well as restaurants, cafes, and a bike rental shop, are also in the immediate vicinity. Shopping options are available in Kölpinsee or Ückeritz.
From the vacation home’s location on the eastern shore of Lake Kölpinsee, you can quickly reach the imperial spa towns to the east and Zinnowitz to the west of Usedom—both approximately 10 kilometers away—by bike, car, or train. The Stubbenfelde stop on the Usedomer Bäderbahn is a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to travel here by train.
The Achterwasser, with its unique flora and fauna, is just 3 kilometers away, so you can't only reach the white Baltic Sea beach quickly but also take advantage of the water sports opportunities (paddling, motorboating, sailing, and surfing).
Spanning two floors and featuring two separate bathrooms, the vacation home accommodates up to 8 people in three combined living and sleeping areas. On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped, separate kitchen with a seating area, a cozy living room with an open dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and sauna, from which you can step directly onto the large sun terrace. In the comfortable living room, you can wind down your evenings in front of the fireplace—which is especially pleasant during the colder months. In addition, the combination of floor and ceiling heating throughout the house ensures a comfortable warmth. The sleeper sofa sleeps 2 people like a double bed (sleeping area 1.75 m x 2.0 m).
On the upper floor, you’ll find two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and a large closet, and another with two or four separate beds. This room is ideal as a children’s room, as the beds can be pulled out to accommodate four people. The large bathroom with a bathtub is perfect for relaxing. Wi-Fi is available and free of charge. A highlight of the house is the large, well-maintained garden with a lawn and a spacious terrace facing south and west. Whether you’re barbecuing or relaxing under the umbrella, this is a great place to spend the day. Two parking spaces are available in the yard—one under the carport and another on the fenced-in property. There is also a lockable bike storage area in the carport. The Baltic Sea is just a few minutes’ walk away, and cafés and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity.
