Schmittchen Vacation Home
This comfortable vacation home is located in a quiet area, near Streckelberg and the Baltic Sea beach. The adjacent street is designated as a play street/traffic-calmed zone. The beach is approximately 300 meters away.
The vacation home consists of the “Schmittchen” vacation apartment, located on the first floor of a private home, and the “OstseeStrand” vacation apartment above it. Both vacation apartments can be used together but can also be booked separately.
This non-smoking vacation home is designed to accommodate up to 8 people + 2 small children (up to 3 years old in an additional travel crib).
Bed linens, towels, and, if needed, a high chair and travel crib must be booked in advance or brought along!
Pets are not allowed in the vacation apartment or on the property!
SCHMITCHEN VACATION HOME (2 vacation apartments):
Schmittchen Vacation Home:
1) First floor
• Non-smoking vacation rental
• 1 spacious living room with a fold-out sleeper sofa (approx. 1.60 m x 2.00 m), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV, as well as access to the terrace
• Terrace (May–October) with patio furniture, a beach chair, and a charcoal grill
• 1 bedroom with a double bed approx. 1.80 m x 2.00 m (comfort mattress height) and a large closet; there is space here to set up a travel crib for a small child
• Kitchen with seating area, oven, ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
2) First floor
• Non-smoking vacation apartment
• 1 bedroom with a double bed approx. 1.80 m x 2.00 m (comfort mattress height) and a large wardrobe
• 1 living room with a sleeper sofa (2 sleeping surfaces, approx. 1.60 m x 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony
• Balcony, furnished (May–October) with a table, chairs, and a parasol
• Kitchen with seating area, stove with ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, electric grill, and various kitchen utensils
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
