About this house rental
In the heart of the island of Usedom, in the idyllic fishing village of Loddin on a mountain, we rent our newly built holiday home.
The "Villa Walter" is elegantly furnished and impresses with its generosity. The entire living area is furnished with high quality and attention to detail designed furniture that creates a luxurious, yet sacred holiday atmosphere. A cuddly fireplace promises romantic evenings.
In total, three terraces are available to guests.
From the large terrace (26m2) on the 2nd floor you can enjoy a wonderful view of the backwaters and experience the enchanting sunset.
The main terrace (32m2) can be reached from the living area through a large sliding door. A sunshade equipped with light allows a "chill out" into the night.
For the "sauna friends" is located at the sauna exit a terrace where you can enjoy the sea air on two beach chairs.
The holiday home has free Wi-Fi and a LAN connection. All three bedrooms have flat screen TVs.
The 135 square meter holiday home is surrounded by a spacious property with lawn and biotope areas.
There are also four parking spaces available to guests.

Wir konnten in der Villa Walter einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen. Das Wetter war super, sodass wir die Vorzüge des Hauses nicht vollständig genießen konnten. Wir dürfen jedoch zusammenfassen, dass wir sicher auch bei etwas schlechterem Wetter, uns in der Villa gut versorgt gefühlt hätten.

Ich habe zusammen mit 5 Freunden Pfingsten in der "Villa Walter" verbracht.
Im Vorfeld war schon auf den Bilder zu erahnen, wie schön und geräumig diese Villa ist.
Unsere Vorfreude war groß und hat sich auch bei der Ankunft direkt bestätigt.
Wir haben eine sehr modern ausgestattet Villa vorgefunden, die unseren Ansprüchen übertraf.
Alle Räumlichkeiten waren wie neu.
Den Morgen haben wir in der geräumigen Wohnküche verbracht, die alles zu bieten hat, was man benötigt.
Am meisten haben wir uns auf der Terrasse in der 2.Etage aufgehalten, wo wir schon vormittags die Sonne und dann auch später das Abendessen mit Blick aufs Achterwasser genießen konnten.
Die ruhige Lage der "Villa Walter" in dem kleinen Fischerdorf Loddin hat uns sehr gefallen, da wir unsere Ruhe und auch zum Strand Kölpinsee keinen weiten Weg hatten.
Alles in allem waren wir begeistert und freuen uns auf das nächste mal.
