About this apartment rental
Our house, which has 3 vacation apartments, is located in beautiful Ückeritz—right next to the coastal forest (about a 10-minute walk to the beach).
It is in a quiet location within the Wockninsee Nature Reserve, nestled in the middle of the forest on a property spanning approximately 5,000 square meters. Lake Wockninsee is nearby. The large outdoor area features a fire pit, as well as a number of covered seating areas.
In town, you’ll find shopping options for your daily needs (Edeka, ALDI). There is also a gas station in the immediate vicinity (approx. 8 km).
Cafés, restaurants, and a pizzeria right on the beach offer a variety of dining options in town.
Barbecues are allowed on the property (a grill is provided).
Apartment 1 (top floor):
The attic apartment, at just under 130 square meters, is the largest of our three comfortable vacation apartments—ideal for large families or a vacation with friends.
An outdoor staircase leads to the balcony of the apartment, which also serves as the entrance.
The living/dining kitchen, featuring an extendable table, is perfect for cozy and convivial gatherings for up to 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the practical cooking utensils needed for general and daily use for up to 12 people.
A TV is also integrated into the living/dining area.
All other rooms are accessible from the living/dining kitchen.
In total, the apartment has 6 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a closet or shelves. The bed layout is as follows:
2 rooms with a double bed (each 1.80 x 2.00 cm)
4 rooms with 2 single beds (each 80 x 1.90 cm)
Please note that the children’s rooms have sloped ceilings.
Two of the rooms with 2 single beds also feature a TV each.
A travel crib can be set up in the twin-bed rooms.
The attic apartment features 2 bright and inviting bathrooms with windows.
Both bathrooms are tiled and each has a shower and a toilet.
In addition, there are 2 separate guest restrooms, also with windows.
On cooler days, the heating system keeps the rooms warm, and on hot days, you can maintain a comfortable temperature using our air conditioning (billed based on usage).
Linen packages (bed linens + shower towel + hand towel) can be booked separately, or you can bring your own.
Dish towels and basic kitchen supplies (a few dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, dish soap, and coffee filter bags) are already included in the price.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
