Welcome to your spacious vacation home in the peaceful hinterland of the island of Usedom.
In this idyllic setting, you’ll find the perfect starting point to unwind with the whole family and enjoy a relaxing stay on the “Sun Island.” The detached vacation home “Inselnest” consists of two separate vacation apartments, each with its own entrance. This allows you to spend your vacation in separate spaces, yet still on the same property and in close proximity to one another.
The larger vacation apartment measures approximately 117 m² and features three bedrooms. It has been renovated with great attention to detail and now offers ample space for six people. On the first floor, you’ll find the open-concept living area with a dining table and fireplace, the fully equipped kitchen with an oven and all the amenities, as well as the guest restroom. The staircase leads to the upper floor. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. All rooms offer ample storage space for your clothing. The windows can be blacked out and are equipped with mosquito screens. Also on this floor, you’ll find the large bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
The smaller of the two vacation apartments, at 55 m², is accessible via the second entrance. It’s ideal for four people—such as children who want to live on their own or grandparents who value having their own space during vacation.
On the first floor, the apartment features a small kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with natural light and a shower, and the living room. From there, a narrow staircase (with room for only one foot per step) leads to the upper floor. Please note: the staircase is very steep. The two bedrooms and a small restroom are located on the first floor.
Guests are welcome to use the spacious garden, which covers approximately 1,000 square meters. Each apartment has its own terrace with a grill and a parasol.
One dog is permitted in the large vacation apartment. The small vacation rental is rented exclusively without pets, as the entire apartment has carpeted floors.
Several cars can be parked in the courtyard. Part of the garage is available for storing your bicycles. The apartments can only be booked as a single unit, not separately. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Wir waren im April für einen Kurzurlaub auf Usedom. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir können Usedom jedem empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles was man zum kochen oder grillen benötigt ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten/Strände sind schnell zu erreichen mit dem Auto. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wenn es die Zeit zulässt würden wir gerne wieder kommen. Gruß die Berliner
