The A+ Vacation Park in Koserow is situated in a quiet location near the beach and right next to the Usedom cycling and hiking trail. The surrounding area is a paradise for nature lovers, families, cyclists, joggers, and hikers. At the center of the resort is the main building, featuring a swimming pool with a children’s pool, a sauna, a beauty center, and a bistro that serves fresh bread rolls and breakfast. Breakfast is delivered to your apartment.
Six Scandinavian-style vacation homes feature modern and comfortable vacation apartments, some of which are equipped with their own sauna, whirlpool, or bathtub, as well as a fireplace. Each apartment comes with a free parking space.


The A+ Vacation Park also features a tennis court, a table tennis table, and a playground. 
The nearest supermarket and other shopping options are less than a 15-minute walk from the vacation park. The nearby Karls Erlebnisdorf offers fun for all ages with its attractions. Thanks to the close connection to the Usedomer Bäderbahn, the island can be easily explored by train.
The island has other attractions to offer, such as the salt huts in Koserow, the diving gondola and the Lift-Café in Zinnowitz, the butterfly farm and the upside-down house in Trassenheide, as well as the post mill and the climbing forest in Pudagla.
