In the basement, accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room and with access to the covered terrace, there is a sleeper sofa and an armchair with a table; the additional bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2x 80 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. From the balcony on the mezzanine level, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the beautiful park. The terrace in the basement is the perfect spot to relax.
