Welcome to our charming little wooden chalet, brand new, in the heart of the French Alps.
Located in a small mountain village, close to Annecy, 5 minutes by car, the city and the lake, and only 30 minutes from Geneva and the Swiss border.
Our 'friends' chalet has all the modern comforts. The smell and colour of the wood brings a warm touch.
The beds are composed of 1 bed of 160cm wide, in a bedroom on the first floor. And 2 single beds, in the mezzanine. 1 extra cot is installed if needed.
Located in a quiet residential area on the mountainside, the chalet is ideal for mountain lovers, for walks, cyclists, with the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand only 25 minutes away.
Perfectly located between lake, mountains and Switzerland, it is an ideal starting point to discover Annecy, the Alps and the nearby city of Geneva.
It will seduce you with the warmth of the wood, its view of the valley, and its brightness.
It is equipped with all comforts, and is equipped with very pleasant air conditioning for the heat waves. The master bedroom, with a large bed of 160 is en-suite to the bathroom.
The mezzanine containing 2 single beds will entertain the children with its table football and its view of the valley through the large windows facing the front.
