We (2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed 1 week in August 2022 in this very nice quiet and relaxing apartment. We were welcomed by the owners warmly. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped - all the kitchen utilities you may wish, supplements for the dishwasher and laundry, furniture at the nice terrasse, etc are provided. The terrace has a sun protection which we used during the hot days we were in Villaz (up to 37degC). The garden is large and can be used freely. The apartment offers an astonishing 360° view to the mountains and the surrounding area. Although it is uphill the small village Villaz is at the same plateau and the grocery shopping and delicious bakery (1km) are within reach without climbing (we used our own bicycles). The area offers a lot for a great vacation - nice lake, beautiful cities and hiking and cycling opportunities. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Kwaliteit in een rustige omgeving. Veel privacy ondanks dat de eigenaar er vlak naast woont. Auto staat onder een afdak, erg handig bij in- en uitpakken tijdens een stortbui. Er is slechts één zwak punt; WiFi snelheid is erg landelijk en de signaalsterkte haalt het terras niet. Voor een goede verbinding sta je in de badkamer.

Très belle location de vacances, au calme, belle prestation, beau jardin, idéal pour quelques jours de repos ou d'activités de montagne. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé, l'accueil chaleureux, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous sentions détendus. Très bonne gestion du Covid, les gestes barrières étaient respectés.

Située à proximité d'Annecy (10min du lac), cette propriété et très agréable et reposante. Accueil sympathique, logement très propre et très bien équipé. Possibilité de stocker des vélos dans un abri ce qui est très appréciable. Randonnées à pied (PARMELAN à 5 min) ou à vélo (cols ou tour du lac) très proches. Commerces (boulangerie et épicerie) à 500 m du gite Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Die Maisonette Wohnung ist wirklich das Beste, was wir als Ferienwohnung erlebt haben. Modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Dort ist Erholung pur angesagt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort! Man muss sich lediglich darauf einstellen, dass im Ort kein Restaurant zu finden ist. Um essen zu gehen muss man nach Annecy oder Umgebung fahren. Da die Küche aber alles hergibt um gut zu kochen (samt Grill auf der Terrasse), kann man selber köstliche frische Dinge zubereiten und auf der schönen Terrasse speisen :-).

Maison très agréable avec tout le confort dans un écrin de calme et de quiétude face aux montagnes. Excellent séjour, propriétaire très sympa et serviable. A 10 min d Annecy centre, beaucoup plus calme que le centre et environnement plus paisible et nature. Toutes les commodités à 3 minutes réelles de voiture. (10 min à pieds) Nous y reviendrons!!!

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour à Villaz. La maison est agréable, lumineuse propre et spacieuse. Nous sommes à 15 minutes d'Annecy et au calme dans les montagnes. Le propriétaire est discret et très accueillant. Le village est à 2 minutes en voiture et on y trouve tous les commerces nécessaires. La maison est très bien équipée. Il faut juste poser ses valises et se laisser emporter par les multiples activités qu'offre la région.
