No 11 - 5 Bedroom House - Inverness

Welcome to our beautiful and spacious No 11 5 Bedroom House a private retreat comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The home offers three double rooms, one twin room and one triple room across four bedrooms and a separate studio (therefore five bedrooms in total), giving everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind.



Every area is entirely private and yours alone throughout your stay. Each room enjoys its own ensuite bathroom, with the exception of Room 1, which is a private room accessed off the room. You'll have the use of two kitchens: a larger, fully equipped kitchen within the main living areas of the house, and a smaller kitchen inside the studio. For your convenience, the living room and dining area are thoughtfully combined into one welcoming, sociable space.



The main house features a ground floor and a first floor, accessible by stairs only, as there is no lift. The studio is reached via a spiral staircase, which we would not advise for small children.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



For parking, public street spaces are available directly in front of the property but are paid by meter (2 hours maximum) using the RingGo app. There is also a metered public car park beside the cathedral, just across the road.

You'll be perfectly placed to explore the very best of the Scottish Highlands. Stroll along the scenic River Ness to the tranquil Ness Islands, admire the historic cathedral and Inverness Castle, and browse the charming Victorian Market. This is the ideal gateway to the legendary Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle, the moving Culloden Battlefield and the mysterious Clava Cairns, with Eden Court Theatre, restaurants and shops all close by.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
