Affordable, comfortable and spacious.

House was affordably priced, comfortable and spacious. We needed a central base for our excursions and Telford road was perfect for that. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The house could do with some love but it served us well and we had a great stay.

Great location, but as living room was so cold, we were happy to go home.

The location

Living room and dining room were very cold. The heating didn't come on automatically on 1st night, took a while to get in touch with owner. Booked for 10 and only 7 chairs in dining room. There were a few written signs in house saying, if you do/do not do this/that you will be charge £x amount. Very off putting. The bathroom windows didn't close/seal very well, making it cold.

Beautiful and worth it

It was a clean and cozy stay. Loved the vibe and its very near to the airport. There is M&S and tesco Extra near the stay which makes it very convenient

Water pressure from the shower was too low and it would be helpful if the host would mention in the description that the bedrooms are in 2nd and 3rd floor

Ok for short term stay

The location of the property was best thing about it

Felt to much like a hostel was asked to upload my card details in case of any damage when we arrived there was multiple issues with things and the house just never felt clean cutlery was sticky , microwave didn’t work , handle on kitchen units broke , toilet seat was broken and a plant pot was just lying on the living room floor knocked over with dirt a made sure to take photos of all this as not to be charged and urge anyone else staying at the property to do this to as there was a few things damaged as soon as we arrived so make sure yous check things over soon as yous arrive

Ok for the 2 nights, has potential to be a lot better

It is large and has the potential to be a gorgeous house. The 2 bathrooms made it easy for us all to get ready and no whinging over needing the toilet when someone else is in. The rooms are all a good size as well. And everything was comfy.

The area it is is quite far from the city centre (20min+ walk so not great if you struggle with mobility). Some parts you need to walk through at night can be a bit unnerving, especially if you are on your own. The house has some cracks which look structural, the kitchen has some dampness and marks on the worktops and cuoboards and the carpets have a few marks/stains. There are huge cobwebs higher up, and the bannister has been marked/damaged at some point. The bathrooms have some cracks and we noticed bits of the floor on a bedroom and bathroom etc damaged. It's really just well used and getting run down so needs some TLC to bring it back to it's full potential.

No value for money.

The location.

Everything in the house is well dated. No effort in decorating, walls in wood chip and cracked, doors with peeling paint and bot closing properly, kitchen cupboards with loose doors, no matching cutlery, etc. But the worst was no Wi-Fi. I followed all instructions, not connecting. I called them and the owner came but could not sort it. Too expensive to what it is.

Demasiado caro para lo que te encuentras.

Se podía aparcar en la propiedad y no había ruidos de vecinos ni nada que pudiera molestarnos. El acceso a las llaves fue muy cómodo. La calefacción y el agua caliente funcionaban perfectamente. Los electrodomésticos eran antiguos pero funcionaban (los que había).

La casa está llena de muebles viejos. Solo había una sartén y estaba deteriorada. Los baños eran antiguos y con falta de mantenimiento. Las ventanas cerraban mal y con mucha dificultad. No había cafetera. Se apreciaba falta de mantenimiento en general en la casa. No hay armarios, solo percheros para colgar la ropa. Las fotografías muestran una casa mejor de lo que uno se encuentra. Por ello, el precio nos pareció muy por encima de la calidad que nos encontramos en el alojamiento.
