Location & General Information
The “Seahorse” vacation rental, furnished to a high standard and with a very personal touch, is located in a quiet, street-facing setting on the second floor of the new Villa Louisa building, completed in 2016. From here, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Granitz.
The spacious corner balcony ensures sunny mornings and evenings. From the balcony, you can look out onto the spa gardens as well as Wilhelmstraße, the town’s famous boulevard with its impressive historic spa-style villas.
The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 300 meters away and easily accessible—via the famous “Himmelstreppe” or, for those with limited mobility, via gently sloping ramps. An inclined elevator also connects street level directly to the beach.
