The spacious Apartment 5 on the first floor offers you a generous vacation home spanning approximately 59 square meters.

The apartment features a cozy living area with a couch (sleeps a 3rd or 4th person), a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a sunroom with a dining area and lounge corner, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a small separate toilet. The apartment includes 1 parking space, which is included in the price of the trip. It is located behind the building.
There is also a storage shed for bicycles, handcarts, or beach gear.
Thanks to electrical outlets in the shed, e-bikes can be charged there.

The kitchen at the back is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare the most delicious meals. Thanks to the ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and much more, you can cook, bake, and store your food.
The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), as well as a flat-screen TV, reading lamps, and nightstands on both sides, and access to the sunroom. Pleated blinds and blackout curtains ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
A bright shower room with a rain shower and toilet, as well as a smaller toilet with a hand-washing sink, round out the amenities of this comfortable apartment.
