Villa Celia, beautifully situated just 200 meters from the beach, offers 13 comfortably furnished vacation apartments for rent year-round. Villa Celia is a historic seaside-style villa on Sellin’s magnificent Wilhelmstraße, which was extensively renovated in 2003 and expanded with an addition. The historic seaside-style villa underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2017.
The beautiful two-room vacation apartment No. 3, measuring 52 m² and accommodating up to 4 people, is located on the first floor with access to the rear garden and features the following furnishings and amenities:
One double bed, one double sofa bed, a balcony/terrace with access to the garden, a kitchenette with a microwave, oven, and freezer, a bathroom (shower, toilet), free use of the sauna, a crib and high chair available free of charge upon request, free Wi-Fi, coin-operated washer and dryer, parking (for a fee; please book in advance by phone at 038303-95635), ). Dogs and other pets allowed upon request; see “Vacation with a Dog” for more information. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building (but is allowed on the balcony).
Important information regarding parking reservations: A maximum of one parking space per apartment may be reserved per day exclusively by phone at +49 (0) 38303–95635 (business hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) through the on-site management office. Parking reservations cannot be made via email, as a brief consultation regarding the vehicle type is required. Since there are only 8 parking spaces for 13 apartments due to the building’s layout, not every guest can be guaranteed a parking space during periods of high occupancy.
