Villa Celia, beautifully situated just 200 meters from the beach, offers 13 comfortably furnished vacation apartments for rent year-round. Villa Celia is a historic seaside-style villa located on Sellin’s magnificent Wilhelmstraße.All apartments are modern and cozy, and feature at least one balcony or terrace.
The beautiful three-room vacation apartment No. 4, measuring 72 m² and accommodating up to 6 people, is located on the first floor with access to the garden and features the following furnishings and amenities:
One double bed, two single beds, one double sofa bed, a balcony/terrace with garden access, a fully equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer), bathroom (bathtub with shower, toilet), elevator to the first floor, free use of the sauna, crib and high chair available free of charge upon request, free Wi-Fi, coin-operated washer and dryer, parking space (for a fee; please book in advance by phone at 038303-95635), ); dogs and pets allowed upon request—see “Vacation with a Dog” for more information. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building (but is allowed on the balcony).
Important information regarding parking reservations: A maximum of one parking space per apartment can be booked per day exclusively by phone at +49 (0) 38303–95635 (business hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) with the on-site management. Parking reservations via email are generally not possible, as a brief consultation regarding the vehicle type is required. Since there are only 8 parking spaces for 13 apartments due to the building’s layout, not every guest can be guaranteed a parking space during periods of high occupancy.
