This beautiful vacation rental welcomes you on the first floor of "Villa Sonneck." The vacation rental was completely renovated in the spring of 2023. Located right on Sellin’s main boulevard—Wilhelmstraße—this accommodation offers a great starting point for exploring the countless restaurants and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. With a living area of just over 65 square meters, divided into a living room with a sleeper sofa, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower, this apartment offers plenty of space for up to six people. An elevator takes you to the sauna area in the building’s basement, which provides soothing warmth on cold days. There is also direct access to the building’s own restaurant (Italian), which is happy to serve guests a variety of delicacies. A washer and dryer are also located on this floor. A free parking space is reserved for your car in the building’s parking lot. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi/internet. The apartment’s large balcony has plenty of room for 6 people and is the perfect spot to relax on beautiful summer days.
