Villa Rosa is located on Wilhelmstraße, one of Rügen’s most beautiful streets, in the heart of Sellin. Wilhelmstraße is the town’s main boulevard. Here you’ll find numerous restaurants and shopping options. It leads straight to the Baltic Sea and the Sellin pier. Along with the chalk cliffs and Cape Arkona, the pier is one of the most iconic landmarks on the island of Rügen. The villa is situated on a stunning property. Perched on a natural hill, it stands a few meters above the street and offers a magnificent view. Behind the property is a small forest.



Villa Rosa, Apartment 04 with balcony (east):

This non-smoking apartment measures approximately 49 m² and is located on the first floor of the building. You can easily reach it by elevator. The spacious living area features a corner sofa (1.60 m x 2.00 m), which can be used as a pull-out bed for two people, a coffee table, a sideboard, and a display cabinet. The living area is rounded out by a smart TV, a Sony home theater system (DVD/CD), and a collection of games. You won’t have to do without an internet connection (Wi-Fi) either—it’s included for you. You’ll also find a cozy nook with a comfortable armchair and a reading lamp, along with a small selection of books for all ages. Adjacent to this is the small kitchenette, equipped with a 2-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Dolce Gusto machine, an egg cooker, an air fryer, a kettle, a toaster, and various kitchen utensils. You can enjoy your meals in a cozy and comfortable setting at the dining table. From the living and sleeping areas, you can access the furnished balcony (east-facing). The bedroom, which is also equipped with an LED TV, features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), adjustable slatted bed frames, two nightstands, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains. In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in glass shower, a toilet, a sink area, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. All rooms have underfloor heating, which provides pleasant warmth. An ironing board and iron are available to help ensure your vacation goes smoothly. In the storage room, located on the same level, you’ll also find cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, and a clothes drying rack. Two small pets are welcome guests, provided they have their own sleeping area, for a fee. We highly recommend the stylishly designed wellness area, which all guests can use for a fee. You can purchase tokens upon request during your stay. Here on the first floor, you’ll find relaxation and pure tranquility in the sauna, steam room, and relaxation room—especially during the colder months. From your underground parking space (No. 04, entrance height 2.00 m)—a double parking space with a height of 1.80 m and a length of 5.00 m, max. 2.6 t—you can easily reach your apartment via the elevator. A lockable bicycle storage room is available to you in the underground parking garage. In addition, there is also a separate room here for strollers and handcarts. You can book an initial set of linens (complete bedding, 1 shower towel, 1 small towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
