The vacation rental at Villa Sonneck is the ideal vacation home—renovated in the finest seaside resort architectural style, equipped with high-quality amenities, and located in a central yet quiet area. From the large balcony, you have a magnificent view of the hustle and bustle on Wilhelmstrasse, Sellin’s main thoroughfare. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 400 meters away.
The vacation apartment is comfortably furnished and accommodates 3 people or 2 adults + 2 children. You’re also welcome to bring your dog. The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Sonneck and is easily accessible by elevator. You’ll love the classic yet modern decor. The bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed with a window opening onto the balcony. The living room also features a high-quality sofa bed (140x200). The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with high-quality appliances and fixtures. The large balcony (approx. 24 m²) offers plenty of space, including room for your own beach chair. From there, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Wilhelmstrasse and the adjacent forest.
The flat-screen TV, the stereo system, a small collection of games, and the in-house wellness area with a sauna will make your stay enjoyable even on rainy days. Upon arrival, fresh towels are available upon request, and the beds are already made with linens. For small children, a suitable bed and high chair can be provided. You also have the option to use the in-house washing machine. Unfortunately, a designated parking space is not available, but there are various parking options in the immediate vicinity.
The town center, Wilhelmstrasse, is just a short walk away. There, a variety of shops, stores, and many restaurants invite you to linger. From the center, you can walk to the Sellin-Ost train station in about 15 minutes. The “Rasende Roland,” Rügen’s historic steam locomotive, operates from there and can take you to other Baltic Sea resorts such as Binz, Baabe, or Göhren.
