About this house rental
This bright house, carefully renovated in 2025, is located in a quiet area of Concarneau. You will enjoy the beautiful beach of Sables Blancs 5 minutes walk away by taking a wooded, secure path.
The 2-storey house includes a first floor with entrance, laundry room and garage with access to the enclosed garden, not overlooked, wooded and facing south. A furnished terrace area will invite you to a relaxing break.
On the 1st floor, an open fitted and equipped kitchen opens onto a welcoming living room and dining room. A shower room and a toilet complete this space.
The second floor serves 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom, spacious, with a double bed (160x200) and a dressing room, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a smaller one with a 90 cm bed. A bathroom (bath and toilet) completes this floor.
You can enjoy the town centre, on foot, by bike via direct access to the greenway or by car (2.5 km). From the beach of Sables Blancs to the walled town, via the corniche, you will discover the seaside and its pretty villas.
Nicknamed "the blue city", Concarneau is known for its walled town, its ramparts and its rich heritage. It is a privileged place for water and seaside activities. The nearby surroundings, beaches and coves will be revealed along the coastal paths (GR34). Moving a little further away, you can explore other sites and landscapes.
In the maze of Concarneau streets, many restaurants and crêperies will welcome you to awaken your taste buds according to your tastes.
