About this house rental

Our fisherman's house is located in the city center, both quiet and close to the port, the walled town and shops. The beach is 20 minutes on foot / 6 minutes by bike.
Alone, as a couple or family, on vacation or just passing through, you can enjoy the blue city on foot and discover our magnificent region of southern Finistère.

Travel light: Sheets and towels provided. Stroller, baby bed, high chair, plastic cutlery, children's & family games available.

The house is composed, on the ground floor, of an entrance with WC, of a living room gathering equipped kitchen, convivial room and warm living room, of a small extra bedroom with mezzanine and of an outdoor courtyard where you can have lunch in fine weather. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and toilet.

Tout s'est très bien passé, procédure arrivée/départ très simple, communication propriétaires très fluide. La maison est idéalement placée pour découvrir Concarneau et ses environs. Que de magnifiques sites et promenades (Pont-Aven, Port-Manech, anse de Rospico, pointe de Trevignon, Bénodet....) Bref une très belle semaine.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche in Concarneau. Haus mit echtem Charme, sauber, unproblematische Übergabe mit sehr netten Vermieter. Waren nur zu zweit und hatten sehr viel Platz. Der Porte de Plaisance war nicht weit entfernt. Alles bestens.

La maison de Catherine est très bien située à 2 pas du port et du centre ville de Concarneau. Elle est très jolie et très bien équipée et aménagée. On s'y sent vraiment bien. Nous avons profité d'un bon feu de cheminée après les grandes promenades sur la plage. Les enfants (4.5 et 6.5 ans) auraient appréciés qu'il y ait un peu plus de jouets adaptés à leur âge mais sinon le séjour était parfait !

Bien que nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes, le séjour est très bien organisé. Arrivée et départ en self-service. Catherine s'est bien informée de notre bien-être et a rapidement répondu à nos demandes. La petite cour est très pratique, surtout quand on a un chien.

Die zentrale und trotzdem verkehrsruhige Lage (letztes Haus in Sackgasse, 5 Min. zu Fuß bis Hafen), die Ausstattung und Raumaufteilung haben uns prima gefallen. Leider sehr dünne Zwischenwände und deshalb zwischen den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss sehr hellhörig. Betten waren okay. Einem sollte klar sein, daß man in Hafennähe wohnt und deshalb das häufige und laute Möwengeschrei in Kauf nehmen muss. Uns hat es nicht gestört!

Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen deutlich. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und doch in unmittelbarer Nähe der Innenstadt von Concarneau. Alles war fußläufig in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf einen Wein, einen Kaffee oder zum Bummeln in die Stadt gehen zu können, ohne das Auto benutzen zu müssen. Das Haus hat viel Charme und war komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Räume waren liebevoll gestaltet und selbst die kleine Terrasse diente uns für die ganze Zeit als Essplatz. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war zu jeder Zeit unproblematisch, auch wenn Google bei der Übersetzung helfen musste. Die Interverbindung im Haus ist sehr gut, sodass unsere Kinder immer mit ihren Freunden in Verbindung bleiben konnten. Wir können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der das charmante Corncarneau intensiv erleben möchte. Wir kommen gern wieder. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Lüttel

Superbe petite maison de pêcheur rénovée avec gout et avec tout le confort. Gite situé dans une impasse donc au calme et à 5 mn à pied du centre ville et de la ville close. Propriétaires très agréables. Bref un séjour 100 % réussi, à recommander fortement
