Appartement lumineux, fonctionnel, très propre, literie confortable, près du centre ville et de la ville close. Très bien pour visiter Concarneau. La conciergerie est disponible. Nous avons trouvé un parking gratuit à 7 min à pieds.
La porte de l’immeuble ne ferme pas. Elle est ouverte 24/24h. Nous n’avons pas été rassuré en journée de laisser nos effets personnels dans l’appartement, et la nuit, la porte de l’appartement est bien insuffisante pour se sentir à l’abri d’une intrusion.
