Concarneau, very quiet area, within 5 minutes walk from the large and beautiful Sables Blancs beach and Thalasso (by a charming wooded path and pedestrian: access 50m from the house), near to the greenway joining directly (walking or cycling) the center and its closed city, very nice renovated and tastefully decorated home. Enclosed garden facing south. Garage, laundry, easy and free parking. House completely renovated recently, very well equipped, new bedding, small sea view from the living room, balcony and bedrooms.
House on three levels (large steps): Ground floor: entrance, a garage, a nice extra single bed room, a laundry room with garden access.
First floor: large living room and fully equipped open kitchen, toilet bathroom tub.
On the second: three rooms, each equipped with a double bed and cupboards. Small room with closet.
The beautiful surroundings, and many beautiful beaches, coves, walks and magical coastal paths!
Access to shops and supermarkets within 5 minutes drive maximum.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this very lovely and cosy furnished and decorated house and felt at home from the first moment on. Anne and Stephane are very sympathetic and friendly hosts. The house is situated in a quiet road a stone throw away from the beautiful beach of “les sables blancs” (also nice restaurant and terrace) and a good strating point for the exploration of the beautiful surrounding, especially Pont Aven, Point du Raz or the hiking trail GR 34, which leads past les sables blancs.

Ein wunderbares Haus für Familien, in bester Lage. Nah zum Strand, sehr ruhige Gegend, mit wunderbarem Garten, herrlicher Aussicht. Die Ausstattung lässt wenig Wünsche offen, insbesondere die Küche ist bestens bestückt. Ich habe sonst immer eigene, scharfe Messer dabei und vermisse in Ferienwohnungen auch oft große Töpfe - hier ist alles vorhanden! Die Kommunikation und überhaupt die ganze Abwicklung war problemlos, Anne und Stéphane waren immer zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach herzliche Gastgeber. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in Concarneau - das uns, nur so nebenbei, ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen hat!

Das Reihenhaus von Anne und Stephane hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Zu Fuß zum tollen Stadtstrand, eben abends mit den Rädern in die Altstadt oder ein Ausflug mit dem Auto in die nähere Region. Das ist von dieser Location kein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt auch deshalb so genossen, weil die Besitzer das Haus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet haben und auch pflegen. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Anne und Stephane konnten wir leider nicht persönlich kennenlernen, der SMS-Kontakt war aber herzlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt können wir dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Vielleicht kommen auch wir irgendwann mal wieder vorbei.

Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100 % weiter. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Bequeme Betten, jede Menge weicher Handtücher, voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Gewürzen), die keine Wünsche offenlässt, im Bad Toilettenpapier und Seife, Fahrräder, Strandutensilien etc. Das Haus ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Plage des Sables Blancs entfernt, ein ruhiger Fuß-/Radweg führt abseits der Straße in ca. 20 Minuten (zu Fuß) bis zum Hafen von Concarneau. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Concarneau. Wir haben es sehr genossen, nachts bei offenem Fenster nichts als das Meeresrauschen zu hören. Vielen Dank an Anne und Stéphane, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Bretagne! Merci beaucoup !!

Das Haus von Anne und Stéphane ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet - der Eindruck, den man über die Fotos gewinnt, bestätigt sich. Die Lage ist optimal, nicht nur für Concarneau, sondern auch als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen in der (auch weiteren) Umgebung. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber in diesem sehr geräumigen Haus können gut 4 - 6 Personen wohnen. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und viele schöne Dinge erfreuen das Auge. Die Küche ist ungewöhnlich gut und üppig ausgestattet. Der Garten bietet bei schönem Wetter eine zusätzliche Möglichkeit zu entspannen oder am großen Tisch gemeinsam zu essen. Wegen der ruhigen Lage konnte man sich sehr gut erholen. Anne und Stéphane haben uns freundlich empfangen und uns mit diversen Tipps versorgt.

We had a wonderful stay in Concarneau. The house was comfortable, clean, and well decorated. We loved having use of a BBQ, drying machine, and very fast access to a large sandy beach. The owners are friendly and helpful, and we want to thank them for making our stay that much more enjoyable! Just one point of consideration when booking - the house does have stairs (no baby gate) and a lot of beautiful but delicate decorative items that may make it less appealing to those with young kids. We booked understanding this and took certain precautions, but just know it might take a little more "surveillance" effort. The only improvement we could think of is a second bathroom :). Honestly, we had a great stay and will certainly consider going back.

Uns gefällt dieses bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus so gut, dass wir uns für Concarneau keine andere Unterkunft vorstellen konnten. Wir haben zu viert zwei sehr entspannte Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es liegt wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten vom sauberen Strand "Les Sables blancs" entfernt, in einer absolut ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Das Haus ist umfangreich mit allem ausgestattet, was gebraucht wird, von einer kompletten Küchenausstattung über gute und ausreichend Gartenmöbel bis hin zu sieben Fahrrädern (von denen wir aber nur drei gebraucht haben). Anne und Stéphane sind überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, mit denen völlig unkompliziert kommuniziert werden kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, aber leider nicht fußläufig. Aber der Meerblick vom Balkon und aus den meisten Zimmern und der ruhige Garten lassen das schnell vergessen. Insgesamt allerbeste Bedingungen für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub ! Merci beaucoup !!

Anne und Stephane haben uns vor Ort empfangen und das Haus gezeigt. Es ist alles vorhanden (wir hatten Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitgebracht), als Begrüßung gab es bretonischen Kuchen und eine Flasche Cidre. Die Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll, überall Schnick-Schnack, alle Bilder sind vom Hausherrn selber gemalt! Bei voller Belegung könnte es ein Problem werden, Kleidung für 6 Personen in einem Hängeschrank und drei Kommoden unter zu bringen. Das Auto kann auf einem Stellplatz vor der Garage abgestellt werden - VORSICHT - geringe Bodenfreiheit durch den Mittelhalter des (klemmenden) Tors. Der linke Nachbar hat sich mehrfach dafür entschuldigt, das er die Böden im Haus abschleift. Hat aber nicht weiter gestört, wir waren viel unterwegs, das dürfte mittlerweile erledigt sein.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Anne & Stéphan haben diesen Ort zu einem gemütlichen Juwel gemacht, das man am liebsten gar nicht verlassen möchte. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Betten sind fantastisch, es gibt einen tollen Meerblick (hatte ich noch nie in einem Ferienhaus in dieser Preisklasse) den wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstück genossen haben und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ein kleiner schön hergerichteter Garten mit netten Essplatz ist auch vorhanden. Alles was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünscht. Die Vermieter Anne & Stéphane sind sehr entspannt, bemüht und nett, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen waren sie schnell für uns da. Wir würden sehr gern wieder in dieses Haus zurück kommen und können es sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Stephene und Anne sehr genossen. Die Beiden haben uns überaus nett empfangen und uns alles im und ums Haus genau erklärt. In der Garage stehen verschiedene Fahrräder bereit, die man für Touren in die Gegend verwenden darf, es gibt einen Grill und sogar einen Picknickkorb für längere Strandausflüge. Auch innen lässt es das perfekt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Haus an nichts fehlen, in der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen braucht , inklusive einer ganzen Schublade mit Gewürzen,die man verwenden darf. Im Bad sind weiche Handtücher und ein Fön, die Schlafzimmer haben große kuschelige Bettdecken und nicht die in Frankreich häufig verwendeten Wolldecken mit Bettlaken. Außerdem ist die Lage des Hauses sehr gut, nicht direkt im Trubel der Ville Close, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Plage des Sables Blancs entfernt - die Innenstadt erreicht man über einen Greenway ( eine alte stillgelegte Eisenbahnlinie ), immer geradeaus, zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten. So hatten wir insgesamt mit 6 Personen dort eine sehr angenehme Zeit, konnten uns manchmal nur schwer vom gemütlichen Wohnraum losreißen, um etwas zu unternehmen. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder dort wohnen, wenn wir noch mal in diese Gegend kommen.

C'était notre 2e séjour dans cette belle maison, où rien ne manque pour se sentir complètement à l'aise. La cuisine est bien equipée, non pas seulment avec applications menagères, mais également avec quelques produits de base (épices, huile, sucre, produits de nettoyage etc). Plusieurs vélos sont à disposition, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les photos montrent très bien l'intérieur et l'extérieur. Il se voit que les propriétaires eux-mêmes viennent souvent, car tout est très bien entretenu. Nous pouvons recommander la maison ainsi que Concarneau et la région sans aucune réserve :) Angela & David

L'accueil très chaleureux d'Anne et Stéphane nous donne déjà le top départ d'un bon début de séjour. La maison et la déco ne font qu'une suite logique de moments magiques passés en famille dans une Bretagne pleine de surprises. L'accès à la petite plage en 5mn permet une évasion rapide ainsi que la proximité de la voie verte qui donne la possibilité d'accéder à la ville close sans patienter dans les bouchons surtout jours de marché. Les vélos à dispo peuvent entretenir votre forme; penser au retour. Quand on est pris à rouler pour le plaisir, les km défilent et le plus dur est de revenir....Alors s'impose l'instant crêperie, et là, idem, les yeux sont plus gros que le ventre....Sur 2 semaines de séjour, 1 journée de pluie et une température jusqu'à 35°. Alors il fait pas beau en Bretagne? De jolis villages à découvrir et ne pas louper le château de Kériolet, qui de par son architecture et sa déco nous font rêver à une "vie de château". Ne pas hésiter à monter les presque 300 marches du phare de Penmarsh qui vous offre une vue magnifique à 360° ainsi que 2 autres phares dans l'alignement. Pour les amoureux de la nature et pour ceux qui aiment la méditation, quoi de mieux que de découvrir un magnifique parc botanique ou le mélange des couleurs et des senteurs en font un parc apaisant. et j'en passe.... Que dire d'autre sinon de revenir pour de nouvelles aventures.
