We opted to clean the house ourselves but neglected to clean a small amount of crumbs from under the toaster. One of our party used the kitchen table after we had wiped it down and left a ketchup stain for which we paid the €70 fee. However the grooves in said table had crumbs in them. When we arrived the front door was dirty. There's no kettle. House smelled unaired/musty. Towels were stained with bleach - one bed sheet was very stained so unusable. Bedroom wall had brown stains coming through the paint and the ceiling over the staircase was peeling. There's no handrail on lower part of stairs which resulted in me falling down said stairs. There appears to be woodworm in the overhead kitchen cupboard and also the bedroom floors. The outdoor furniture was broken and unuseable.

Charmantes Familienhaus, ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen. Liebevoll eingerichtet und der Mix aus moderner Ausstattung und alten Möbeln wurde gut getroffen. Der Kontakt ist sehr nett und die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar auf französisch oder englisch. Das Haus liegt in 10 min Laufnähe zum Strand und 15 min in die Innenstadt mit vielen guten Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Location impeccable, très propre, très bien équipée, il ne manque rien ! Quartier calme. Très bien située près de la voie verte, on est en ville ou sur la plage en 10mn. Petit parking très proche, pas de soucis de stationnement. Propriétaire sympa et disponible. Je recommande vivement

Très bien située,la maison est dans un quartier calme avec un jardin ou notre chat était comme chez elle!!! Spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous sommes tellement heureux de notre séjour que nous envisageons d'y retourner. Et pour finalisé Thomas est un propriaitaire très prévenant avec ses hôtes et très sympa.

Very nice, very clean, very pleasant house in Concarneau. Decorated with care. Location is nothing special but quiet. A bakery can be reached on foot within a few minutes, the harbour of Concarneau and ville close in about 20 minutes.

Das Haus ist eine Doppelhaushälfte in einer ganz normalen Wohngegend. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es eben autentisch ist. Uns hat besonders das Bad/die Dusche gefallen und die schönen Holzböden in den meisten Zimmern. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Zu Fuß zum Bäcker und zum Supermarkt 5 Minuten. Auch die Innenstadt und der Strand können mit einem kleinen Spaziergang erreicht werden (ca. 15 Min). Gerne wieder...

J’ai beaucoup aimé le logement.Par contre je n’aime pas votre site de réservation abritel. Pour des raisons médicales j’avais besoin de l’adresse dès le premier jour et c’est impossible. Je devais trouver un hôpital pour des dialyses rénales journalières . Je ne ferai plus appel à vous car pour nous ça a été une vraie galère . Mais le logement et le propriétaire c’etait Parfait Mme Bigot

Petite maison très charmante et très accueillante dans un petit quartier résidentiel de Concarneau. Propreté étincelante, bouteille de cidre délicieuse offerte en arrivant, calme absolu, plage accessible à pied tout comme le port et la ville close. Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable car nos hôtes savent très bien recevoir et nous ont recommandé diverses bonnes adresses. Nous recommandons, plus que vivement.

Notre séjour s’est passé à merveille dans cette charmante maison qui est conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le jardin très bien entretenu, la proximité des plages et du centre-ville. Cette maison est joliment décorée et très bien équipée, ce qui en fait un lieu très agréable à vivre ! Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et forts sympathiques. Nous recommandons cette maison sans hésitation ! La crêperie ‘Côté mer’ conseillée par le propriétaire est à tester ! Les crêpes sont excellentes et les propriétaires charmants !

Das von außen unscheinbare Haus ist innen sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dieses sehr schöne Haus liegt sehr gut, ob morgens schnell zum Bäcker oder schnell in den Supermarkt oder zu Fuß an den Strand oder in die Innenstadt, alles kein Problem. Den frischen Fisch kann man in der Küche sehr gut zubereiten. Das Haus können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet mit weiß verputzten Doppelhäusern. Wir haben fast nur im Garten gesessen, der über einen großem Essplatz und mehrere Deckchairs verfügt und in dem man zu jeder Tageszeit genug Sonne und Schatten finden kann, je nach Bedarf. Das Wohn-/ Esszimmer im Haus ist aber auch angenehm, wie auch die sonstigen Innenräume. Das Bad ist ganz neu und entsprechend sauber und freundlich, die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man auch gut kochen kann. Ein Bäcker ist ganz in der Nähe (vielleicht drei Minuten zu Fuß), in die Altstadt und zum sehr schönen Strand (Plage des Sables Blancs) sind es zu Fuß gute 10 Minuten. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Maison très agréable, nous avons passer un excellent séjour à 4 adultes et 2 bebes. Tout est là :vaisselle, équipement,jeux , baignoire.Nous avons eu de la chance,le soleil était présent pendant notre séjour et avons pu prendre les repas midi et soir dehors grâce à la terrasse et les bébes ont bien profiter de l'espace jardin. Je recommande cette location aux familles qu'ils veulent la tranquilité tout en étant près du centre.

Nous allions à pieds par la rue de la gare jusqu''à la ville close, ses commerçants et son port en 10 mn ce qui est très appréciable, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Pour les randonneurs et les adeptes du jogging il y a des sentiers agréables, ainsi qu''un parc fleuri tout en longueur. La plage est accessible à pieds également. C''est une ville admirable, on a été charmé. Nous avons été cordialement accueilli. Un sans faute, je recommande vivement."

A l''attention des propriétaires: petite suggestion complémentaire: vous mettez à disposition une documentation touristique très complète, vaste et générale. Il serait peut être utile d''y ajouter un "livre d''or" où vous pourriez peut être, ainsi que les locataires, y ajouter quelques indications sur les bons restaurants, commerces, plages, sites touristiques, itinéraires pédestres, accès, (...) à ne pas louper lors de ces trop courts séjours...
