About this house rental

The accommodation is ideal for a holiday in Brittany: 350 m from the Sables Blancs beach and the thalassotherapy center which opened in June 2015. It is a charming semi-detached house completely renovated in 2014. The decoration is neat. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine. Our house includes 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 2 WCs, a fully equipped American kitchen, a living room, a dining room. The accommodation is equipped with the SFR box (internet + TV).

Nice house in good location - easy access for beach and town

The house is very well located for the old town, the beach and the coastal path. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. An Ideal holiday home for a couple or family with two children. There are 3 bedrooms - the Smallest room is ok for a small child, however we used it to store our luggage. There is a small terrace at the back with a table and garden chairs. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

The house is very comfortable, you will find all necessary things, the kitchen is well equipped, and the house is very clean!!! It is not far from the beach ( about 5 min walk), also there are lots of paths to walk and run. The old city is within 20 min walk. The owners are wonderful people, they are ready to help you at any time. They told us many useful things. Thank you very much for your hospitality !!!

Perfect location for 4 to 5 adults or with children within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach (Le sable blanc). House and garden on high level (newly renovated with love for details). We picked our passion fruits in the garden. We had are very warm welcome and the owner gave us good recommendations and support. We enjoyed our week in Concarneau, will come back and can highly recommend this vacation house to everyone.

La maison est très agréable, très propre, bien équipée dans un quartier calme à cinq minutes à pied de la plage. En plus elle se trouve près de la voie verte – parfait pour aller en ville à bicyclette. Les hôtes sont charmants et accueillants. A re-louer sans hésiter.

Location parfaite, bien située, idéale aussi avec des enfants. Rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour. Un accueil parfait des propriétaires qui ont été de bons conseils pour nos visites et nous ont donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Merci d'avoir contribué à ces belles vacances qui étaient les premières de notre fils à tout juste 1 an, on en gardera de très bons souvenirs.

Wir haben ganz wunderbare Ferien in Concarneau verbracht. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ideal. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Strand entfernt. Das Quartier ist sehr ruhig. Zum Zentrum der Stadt führt ein schattiger Naturweg. Das gemütliche Häuschen ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Schönes Endreihenhaus in Strandnähe in Concarneau

Das Endreihenhaus ist ruhig in einer Reihenhaussiedlung gelegen. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit und waren damit in weniger als 10 Minuten im Ortskern. Zu Fuß sind es ca 5 Minuten zum Strand. Das Haus ist schön renoviert und modern ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man für die Ferien braucht. Die Abwicklung hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir wurden sehr nett und herzlich empfangen, haben viele Tipps und Infos bekommen und hätten immer einen Ansprechpartner gehabt. Für das Auto haben wir in der direkt angrenzenden Nebenstraße immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Auf der Terasse kann man schön sitzen und wir konnten unserer mitgebrachten Fahrräder perfekt abstellen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Bretagne. Das kleine Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit neuem Bad und moderner Küche. Die Ausgangslage ist zentral: in 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt, mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten. Wir haben viele Ausflüge in die Südwestliche Bretagne unternommen. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich begrüßt und mit vielen Infomationen versorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder - herzlichen Dank! Wir waren als Paar in Concarneau.

Mooie woning, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en strand vlakbij. Eigenaar heeft allerlei folders klaarleggen en andere tips voor bezichtigingen in de omgeving. Aanrader is om brood te bestellen bij de camping die op paar honderd meter van het huisje ligt. In restaurant van camping kun je ook goed eten. Aanrader! Prachtige omgeving!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire, dans une jolie maison parfaitement entretenue. Nous nous sommes sentis "comme à la maison", rien ne manquait. Au calme, ensoleillée toute la journée, terrasse avant et arrière, la maison est très propre, les lits sont faits à l'arrivée, 1 bouteille de cidre dans le frigo ! La plage est à 6 minutes à pieds, la ville close en 20 minutes par de multiples chemins. Vraiment nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans de bonnes conditions, merci encore à M. et Mme Leynaud ;-)

Schönes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger und dennoch verkehrsgünstiger Lage. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit moderner Küche und neuwertigem Bad. Zwei vom Bad getrennte WC. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Kontaktsprache französisch bzw. englisch. Ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zum gepflegten Strand mit der Promenade Richtung Zentrum bzw. zum wunderschönen Wanderweg. Nur über die Straße hinweg vor dem Haus trifft man weiterhin auf einen sehr gut ausgebauten Rad- bzw. Spazierweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gut zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer schönen, liebevoll gestalteten und gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft. Vielen Dank nochmals an die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Maison propre, confortable, bien aménagée et équipée. Elle est bien située proche de la plage et du centre-ville. Le quartier est calme. Petit bémol pour la route devant la maison qui est assez passante mais comme nous occupions la chambre côté jardin cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous avons été bien accueillis par la propriétaire et avons apprécié nos charmants voisins de quelques jours. Nous recommandons cette location et y retournerons volontiers.
