Located bayside on Dagsworthy St.in Dewey Beach, making this centrally located condo a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. One level condo with an open living, kitchen and dining area. The unit is approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach. There is off street parking for 2 cars. This is a non smoking unit. Dog Friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee per pet- Breed restrictions apply, no dangerous breeds- Under 60lbs.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $217.00.

5 Night Minimum Booking
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

First time we stayed in Dewey since we recently added a rescue dog to the family. Location was great, with off-street parking, and walking distance to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. Our doggo loved the beach and went out every night/morning to run and play at the surf! Watched the 4th of July fireworks at Northside from our porch and had a great view! Was a bit noisy at night but location is right by the Bottle & Cork, usually quieted down around 10pm. Had a few maintenance issues with the unit, but the rental company was great and had them fixed right away, even over the holiday.

This condo was good value for the money. Upon arrival we discovered several damage issues but the staff at Coldwell Banker had them resolved by the next day. We were concerned about potential noise at night but it really wasn't that bad. Silverware needs to be replaced/added and single beds need better mattresses, but again, it was clean and adequate for the price.
