Close to beach and restaurants nearby. The only downside was if the pullout sofa is pulled out, there's no path open from the one set of bunks.

The Property Manager is awesome. Very available for questions. She gave us some great advice on additional parking which was a god send. I left a pillow after we checked out and she offered to ship it back for us. The location is the best we've had staying in Dewey Beach, just STEPS from the Starboard!!! If you're coming to Dewey and need a quaint little place to stay, this is it!!!

The LR couch is kinda scary; old, indeterminate cleanliness. Asa visiting nurse, I was hesitant to sit on it. Bunk next to living room had disintegrating strapping hanging down n posts not fully inserted into top bunk. Huge pop out in ceiling made sleeping there dangerous as head clearance on inches. Mattresses very uncomfortable n old. Nice cotton sheets.Lots of heavy, large furniture taking up very limited space. Definitely need tons more hooks about the space for towels n maybe a fold out drying rack as no washer/dryer. Area rugs looked really dirty. Outside shared area large with lots of furniture. Walk to beach easy .
