About this house rental
Experience Dewey Beach living with awesome ocean and bay views from multiple decks. This ocean block 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath end unit townhouse features three levels of beach enjoyment including two kitchens, two separate living rooms, and 2 screened porches. . great for big families. This large property offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy with 5 Twin beds, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen Sofa. All of the bedrooms have independent air conditioning, ceiling fans, a TV and ample closet space; the primary bedroom even has a walk-in closet. The second floor is a split level with a sunken living room and large dining room and kitchen with a charming enclosed porch for outdoor dining and relaxing. The bedrooms offer private decks as well. This townhouse also features a fenced in back yard, includes 1 Dewey Beach parking permit, 2 off street parking spaces and a one car garage (for storage only) with an extra shower for rinsing off the beach sand! Other amenities include air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave all less than 80 steps from the beach! NO Pets or Smoking Please. Max occupancy is 8.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for each stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

The property itself was fine. Location was terrific. Spacious and accommodating. A second kitchen was a bonus .
Disappointed in the fact we had to bring all our own sheets, towels, and bed linens, as well as paper products.. Not the norm with other VRBO rentals.

Everything about the check in and check out process was fine and the property was definitely clean, it's just not a nice condo to stay at for a family with children. You're definitely paying for the proximity to the beach on this one. Everything in this house is very outdated and dingy, and the layout of rooms is odd and exhausting. Every room requires you to climb a half flight of stairs. I don't know if I fully understood that based on the listing photos. There are two bedrooms on the top floor with just single beds, and the other bedroom is all the way at the bottom floor and it's listed as a queen, but it's definitely a double. So we were essentially four half flights away from our children. The shower curtains had mildew and the furniture was rickety. The closeness to the beach was nice, and the very top balcony was great and had a view. Just a very odd and exhausting floor plan with a lot of rooms, but somehow no where to put anything. The toilets are all small and very low to the ground and all of the light switches were below waist level, awkward to get used to.
