About this house rental
With Villa Elise, together with the neighboring Villa Margarete, we’ve fulfilled a dream: a home on the lush green north coast of Samos, right above Potami Beach. The villa was built between 2018 and 2020 by master builder Manolis Kiriazis according to our own vision—featuring plenty of natural stone, marble, and many thoughtful details.
Villa Elise is the highest of our homes. The view across the Aegean Sea, the coastline, and the wooded slopes above the sea is particularly expansive and impressive. From the veranda, you can gaze out over the open water and far out to sea.
The villa is suitable for 1 to 4 people. The first floor features a living area with an open kitchen and a fireplace, a bedroom with a side view of the sea, and a large bathroom. The open loft contains another large bed and a second bathroom.
Marble floors have been installed throughout the house, and the bathrooms are also fully tiled with marble.
The private infinity pool at Villa Elise has also turned out particularly beautiful. Behind the house, a large terrace with a marble mosaic design offers sweeping views across the Aegean Sea. Especially on warm summer days, there’s hardly anything better than cooling off in the pool here while gazing out at the sea.
Since 2026, both the ground-floor bedroom and the loft have had their own air conditioning units. Even though the climate on the north coast of Samos is usually pleasant even in the height of summer, this allows the sleeping areas to be cooled further if needed.
